We are proud to work with British farmers, supporting Britain’s food and farming industry by sourcing wheat grown locally in Essex. Several of our flours are Red Tractor accredited, and we’re also recognised by the British Retail Consortium (BRC) and Organic Food Federation.
If you’re looking for a unique product, then we also offer bespoke flours. Our technical team can support NPD and recipe development, and our laboratory is CLAS accredited.
We have our own transport fleet, delivering across southern England straight from our mill to your site.
For customers further afield, we work together with trusted UK BRC Accredited hauliers who can deliver nationwide and internationally. Supplying professionals in Cyprus, France, Ireland, West Africa, the Falklands and more, we mill quality flour for expert bakers from around the world.
