200g Finest Plain White flour
175g unsalted butter, plus more for greasing
200g soft light brown sugar
100g caster sugar
200g white chocolate chunks
3 medium eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
25cm x 20cm baking tin
RECIPE TIP Add 50g chopped nuts or dried fruit of your choice to the batter, or top with 50g crushed biscuits or pretzels before baking to flavour the blondies.
