Combining technology and tradition passed down through six generations, our family has been milling quality flour in Essex for 200 years. Sourcing local wherever possible, we work in partnership with our farmers to mill quality wheat into award-winning flours.

Golden Wholegrain

Naturally high in fibre and protein, our Golden Wholegrain flours let you enjoy all the health benefits of wholemeal with a lighter, milder taste. Combining white wheat grown by local farmers and premium wheat from around the world, these carefully selected varieties are lighter in colour and milder in taste. We then grind the entire grain in just one step. With nothing removed, we preserve all the nutrients and unique flavours of the wheat for an authentic flour packed with fibre and protein.
