Our recipe of the week is a delicious and speedy idea from Jane at Mayfield Farm Bakery & School - mash together some anchovies in oil, add a good handful of mixed herbs including chives, spread on some thinly sliced toast, top with some grated Parmesan and grill. Lovely!
