Healthy Food Guide has featured our new Golden Wholegrain Bread flour, which was used to make a rustic round loaf.

'There’s something so satisfying about baking a loaf of bread, and we were very happy at the sight of this one – well risen and responsible for that beautiful, freshly-baked smell wafting through our kitchen. After cooling on a wire rack, we sliced it up. Inside there was a lovely light crumb and it tasted nutty, slightly sweet and mild – almost as if we’d used a mix of white and standard wholegrain flour, but better. And yes – lovely and golden. Many of us need to eat more fibre and this is a great way to do it.'
