Come and join Kelvin Ellam, our Technical Baker, alongside Eleni Tzirki, Pastry Chef at the Waitrose Cookery School, for a one day course on making the perfect bread.
The hands on course takes place on 15 October at the Waitrose Cookery School in Goldhurst Terrace, London NW3. On the menu will be ciabatta, baguettes, malted granary bread and the ultimate iced buns.
Eleni trained as a pastry chef in some of London’s best restaurants. The course covers the finer points of bread baking, including ingredients, mixing, proving, equipment, timings and temperatures. Kelvin will also take you through the history of the Marriage's mill.
