Judging of the eight categories was carried out by a panel of chefs, food writers and food professionals.
Our flour will be going forward to the next round in July, where shortlisted produce will be tasted by the delicious. magazine panel of judges in London.
Golden Wholegrain is our unique, lighter coloured, milder tasting wholemeal flour. Golden Wholegrain Plain flour can be used to make wholesome cakes, pasty, pancakes and muffins that everyone will enjoy, even if they’re not fans of bakes made with traditional wholemeal flour!
