British Pie Week

It's British Pie Week - so why not try making a traditional pie?

Our recipe can be made using a beef, venison or game filling, plus mushrooms, slowly cooked in half a bottle of red wine and topped with rough puff pastry.

Rough puff pastry is quicker, simpler and less rich than traditional puff pastry, with plenty of layers of crisp, light pastry.
